Refund & Returns

1. Our Customer Commitment

MAKE HARLEM GREAT AGAIN CORPORATION (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing clear product descriptions, transparent expectations, reliable service delivery, and respectful customer support. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds, exchanges, cancellations, credits, returns, and dispute resolution are handled for our global audience.

Our goal is to reduce buyer confusion and buyer’s remorse by encouraging every customer, subscriber, sponsor, licensee, donor, attendee, or participant to review all product details, service descriptions, dates, access terms, eligibility requirements, pricing, and limitations before purchasing.

International Consumer Notice

We serve customers and participants internationally. This Policy is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection, e-commerce, digital content, distance-selling, payment, tax, customs, and refund laws in relevant jurisdictions, including where applicable the United States, New York, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, and other international markets.

If a law in your jurisdiction provides mandatory, non-waivable refund, cancellation, withdrawal, warranty, or consumer rights, this Policy will be interpreted to respect those rights.

02

Please Review Before Purchase

Before completing any purchase, registration, sponsorship, contribution, subscription, license, or booking, you are responsible for reviewing the full description, pricing, delivery method, access terms, deadlines, eligibility, technical requirements, and any limitations or exclusions.

We encourage you to contact us with questions before purchase so we can help ensure the offering is appropriate for your needs and reduce unnecessary refund requests after access or delivery has begun.

03

Digital Products and Downloadable Materials

Digital products, downloadable files, templates, toolkits, worksheets, recordings, online resources, digital publications, licensed content, and instant-access materials are generally non-refundable once access, download, delivery, or viewing has begun, unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned after delivery, all digital sales are considered final where legally permitted.

04

Courses, Memberships, and Online Programs

Online courses, memberships, subscription programs, training programs, community access, and educational services may include limited refund windows if stated on the applicable sales page. If no specific refund window is stated, access-based services are generally non-refundable after login credentials, course access, community access, or program materials have been delivered.

We may offer account credits, transfer options, deferrals, or support remedies at our discretion when they are more appropriate than a cash refund.

05

Events, Workshops, and Live Programs

Tickets, registrations, deposits, and reservations for live events, workshops, seminars, community gatherings, online events, and hybrid programs are generally non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Company or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you cannot attend, we may, at our discretion, allow ticket transfer, future event credit, replay access, substitution of attendee, or partial credit depending on timing, event type, vendor obligations, and administrative feasibility.

06

Physical Merchandise Returns

Physical merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, customs, duties, insurance, and tracking unless the return is due to our verified error, defective goods, or mandatory consumer law. Original shipping and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

07

Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following items are generally final sale and non-returnable where legally permitted: digital downloads, opened or accessed digital content, used merchandise, customized or personalized goods, limited-edition items, event tickets, sponsorships, donations, crowdfunding contributions, consulting retainers, licensing deposits, administrative fees, and any item marked final sale.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

08

Sponsorships, Donations, and Crowdfunding Contributions

Sponsorships, donations, campaign contributions, crowdfunding contributions, and community support payments are generally non-refundable once processed, because they may be allocated to planning, administrative expenses, vendor obligations, community programming, marketing, project development, or public campaign commitments.

If a campaign, event, or project materially changes, we may offer updates, substitute benefits, account credits, revised recognition, or other remedies at our discretion, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

09

Licensing, Consulting, and Business Services

Licensing fees, consulting fees, retainers, strategy sessions, advisory services, implementation fees, training fees, and business service payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, access has been granted, time has been reserved, deliverables have been prepared, or resources have been allocated.

Refunds, credits, or scope adjustments for business services may be handled according to the written agreement, statement of work, invoice, or contract governing the transaction.

10

Subscription Renewals and Cancellation

Subscription services may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and canceling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once processed, unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in the subscription terms. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for past billing periods.

11

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect physical item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, packaging details, and a clear description of the issue.

After review, we may provide replacement, repair, store credit, partial refund, return authorization, or another appropriate remedy. We reserve the right to verify claims before issuing any remedy.

12

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, return, exchange, cancellation, credit, or remedy, contact us in writing with your name, email address, order number, purchase date, product or service purchased, reason for request, and supporting documentation.

Requests that are incomplete, submitted outside applicable timeframes, involve accessed digital content, or fall outside this Policy may be denied where legally permitted.

13

Processing Time and Method

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary by bank, card issuer, payment processor, country, currency, platform, and fraud-screening requirements.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, international settlement systems, currency conversion, card networks, or customer account issues.

14

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Many issues can be resolved through clarification, support, replacement, credit, access assistance, or corrected delivery.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, access termination, collection activity, dispute documentation, future purchase restrictions, or recovery of fees where permitted by law.

15

International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, carrier fees, local delivery charges, and regulatory requirements unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refusal to accept delivery, failure to pay customs charges, incorrect address entry, or unclaimed packages may result in loss of shipping fees, return fees, restocking fees, or denial of refund where legally permitted.

16

Store Credit, Exchanges, and Goodwill Remedies

To reduce unnecessary loss and provide fair customer support, we may offer store credit, partial credit, course transfer, event transfer, substitute access, replay access, replacement, exchange, or goodwill remedy instead of a cash refund.

Such remedies are discretionary unless required by law and do not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in future cases.

17

Professional, Legal, Medical, and Business Decisions

Our educational, business, community, cultural, strategic, and informational materials are not legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, accounting, therapeutic, clinical, or professional advice. Purchasing a product or service does not guarantee any particular result, revenue, funding, health outcome, business outcome, legal outcome, or community outcome.

Refunds will not be issued solely because a customer expected a guaranteed personal, financial, professional, medical, legal, or business result that was not expressly promised in writing.

18

Policy Changes

We may update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time to reflect changes in laws, business operations, product offerings, shipping practices, payment processing, digital services, or international requirements.

The Policy in effect at the time of purchase generally governs that purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
